Install Telegram and sign in. Without Telegram, you may not always be able to see other users’ @usernames.
Open SwapGo.me and tap the login icon (desktop: top right; mobile: in the header menu). Then tap “Sign in via Telegram bot”.
SwapGoBot will open. Tap Start — the bot confirms your Telegram ID and prepares a one-time return link to the site.
Tap “Continue to app” in the bot message. SwapGo.me will open with your login session already created.
If the Telegram bot did not open or the link expired, return to the site and tap the login button again. The old Telegram Login Widget remains available as a fallback sign-in method.
SwapGo.me receives only your Telegram ID, @username, and basic Telegram profile data. No password is needed or stored.
If you log in via Telegram WebApp (inside Telegram), these steps are usually not needed. In WebApp, Telegram already knows your account and sends the authorization data automatically, so you can log in without entering a phone number and without separate confirmation windows.
SwapGo.me is an information-only venue. We do not perform exchanges, accept, hold, or transfer funds, we are not a broker or exchange office, and we do not guarantee any deals. All conversations happen off-site: by default via Telegram using the link in each P2P listing, or via the contact details provided by the P2P listing author. We do not host chats on the site, do not run or moderate these dialogs, and do not participate in negotiations.
